How long does it take?

Often this depends upon the commitment and energy one is willing to make, and the severity of the issues involved.

How can I afford it? 

This is an investment in your own psychological growth and healing.  You are investing in yourself—that is priceless.

What are your fees?

My fee is $135 for 50 minutes.  I work with most insurance companies and will assist you in working with them.

What is the difference between a Jungian Analyst and a Jungian-oriented psychotherapist? 

Dr. Soliday, a Jungian Analyst, has completed a rigorous training program and holds a Diploma in Analytical Psychology from a recognized Jungian Institute.  A Jungian-oriented psychotherapist may have undergone Jungian analysis or attended classes, but has not done this training and has not earned this diploma.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your time is reserved for you alone.  Thus, you are responsible for that time.  If cancellation is necessary, I ask for 24 hours notice.  If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will be billed the full rate for the time.

How do you protect my confidentiality?

I have definite boundaries and will totally honor your privacy.  What is shared in the consulting office stays in the consulting office.  There will be no information provided to insurance companies without your consent.
